- A short anonymous staff questionnaire covering current use, confidence and working practices. The report presents responses together, without naming individuals.
- A review of one existing AI policy or guidance document. If you have no written guidance, the report identifies the priorities for developing some.
- A concise written report covering reported AI use, training needs, practices needing attention and whether further investment appears worthwhile. You receive three priorities for the next 90 days, with suggested first actions.
- A 45-minute online feedback session to discuss the findings, agree priorities and decide who will take each action forward.
Scope and timing
The questionnaire provides a picture of reported use and confidence. The review does not examine individual work samples or test the security of your systems.
I deliver your report within 10 working days of receiving the completed questionnaire responses and all agreed documents. We agree the questionnaire closing date during the first conversation.
This is a practical adoption review. Legal compliance, data protection advice, technical security testing and writing a new AI policy sit outside the fee. The report identifies questions requiring specialist input.

We look at your current approach and examine one recurring task from your business. You receive a written assessment and a working session to improve the process, with your judgement, client relationships and reputation in mind.

- A review of one agreed process, such as preparing a client proposal, drafting a newsletter or turning your own notes into a client report. We examine the starting material, your instructions, the output, your checks and the time involved.
- A concise written report explaining where AI helps, where your judgement is essential and what needs to change. You receive three priorities for the next 90 days, with a first action small enough to begin this week.
- A 45-minute online feedback and working session. We discuss the findings, refine the selected process and test the revised approach using an agreed example.
What you leave with
- A clearer decision about where AI earns its place in your business.
- A revised process for one recurring task, with clearer instructions and a practical checking routine. If AI adds little value to the task, we identify which steps you should keep yourself.
- Your written report records the revised approach and your next actions, so you have something to return to after the session.
Scope and timing
The fee covers one professional, one agreed process and one representative example. It includes the review and working session. Automation builds, software setup and ongoing support sit outside the scope.
We agree the process during our first conversation. Please remove client names and confidential details from any examples you share.
I deliver your report within 10 working days of receiving your completed questionnaire and all agreed process materials. After the working session, I send the final version with any agreed changes within two working days.
