Helping leaders adopt AI without losing control of quality, tone, or trust
Practical, reputation-safe AI adoption for experienced founders and leadership teams. No hype. No tool-chasing. A structured way to make confident decisions about AI in your business.
The Reality
35 Years Experience
With 35 years in organisations — including senior leadership roles commissioning major systems change — including eight years working overseas in the Middle East and 15 years as part of The Global Entrepreneurship Network alongside startups, entrepreneurs and innovators, I’ve seen the same pattern repeat: the tools aren’t the hard part, the culture is.
That’s why I moved from organisational change consulting into AI. AI only pays off when it’s treated as a change programme linked to strategy, values and clear decision-making, not a bolt-on tech rollout. It’s what some people call “Intent Engineering”: making explicit what you’re trying to achieve, how decisions get made, and what “good” looks like — so AI strengthens quality and reputation rather than quietly weakening them.
Most leaders know they should be using AI. But the noise is overwhelming.
Tools are everywhere. Advice is contradictory. And the risk of getting it wrong — a clumsy client email, a confidential detail shared with the wrong platform, a document that doesn’t sound like you — is real.
You don’t need more tools. You need a structured way to make confident decisions about what to delegate, how to brief it, and when to step in.
That’s what I do. Not AI training. A thinking space for leaders who want to use AI well — and keep control of what matters
Three Ways In
Every engagement starts with understanding where you are and what you need.
AI Clarity Sessions
1:1 sessions for experienced leaders who want tailored guidance on AI adoption, in their own context. Diagnostic upfront, tailored actions, follow-up support. Focused on decisions, voice, and safe practice.
AI + Human Connection Working Sessions
Structured sessions for teams ready to embed AI in everyday work — without losing what makes your organisation trusted. Adoption patterns, leadership habits, accountability, and governance.
AI Safe Practice & Policy
Clear boundaries, practical guardrails, and policy that works inside day-to-day operations — not just in a handbook. Handling sensitive data, role-based guidance, review and sign-off processes.
Each starts with understanding your priorities. All link to practical actions you can apply immediately
The calm voice in the noisy AI space
I’ve spent 35 years in management consulting, leadership development, and international business — including eight years in the Middle East and senior roles in the Global Entrepreneurship Network.
Now I help experienced founders and leadership teams make sense of AI. Not by adding to the noise, but by creating space to think clearly, choose well, and keep control of the things that matter: quality, tone, and trust.
I also lead WIBN communities across London and online — women’s business networking built on genuine relationships, not transactions.
