Our members commit to supporting one another and attending monthly meetings. To help you decide if this group is right for you, we invite you to join a session as a visitor before becoming a member to make sure it’s right for you.
We meet on the second Wednesday of each month of the year. We will meet between 12 and 2pm with a short break at 1pm
