I have spent more than 35 years helping leaders, founders and organisations manage change, improve how they work and make sound business decisions.
My experience includes management consulting, leadership development, international business and senior roles across more than 30 countries. I spent eight years working in the Middle East and more than 15 years within the global entrepreneurship community.
Throughout my career, my focus has remained practical: understand the purpose, agree what good work looks like and keep people responsible for the decisions. Those principles now sit at the centre of my work with AI.
What I do now
I help SME leaders and founders use AI in a practical, controlled way, with human judgement firmly in charge.
My approach starts with choosing the right tasks, selecting the right tools and giving AI clear instructions. Every process also needs proper review and sign-off to protect accuracy, confidentiality, brand voice and reputation.
I provide private one-to-one support, team workshops, AI Adoption Reviews, leadership briefings and advice on safe practice and policy. Each engagement starts with your business, your people and the work you want to improve.

Background
My career includes senior leadership roles and international projects across more than 30 countries. As Managing Director of GEN UK, I worked with entrepreneurs, business leaders and partners across the global entrepreneurship community.
My work included designing and leading programmes for founders, including RESTART Ukraine, which supported more than 200 Ukrainian female founders. I have also worked with hundreds of women through coaching, leadership programmes and women’s business networks.
This experience has shaped my interest in the gender gap in AI adoption. I want women to have the confidence, skills and influence to take an active role in how AI changes business and work.
After stepping down from GEN UK, I undertook formal study in AI and gained professional certification. This gives me access to ongoing CPD alongside a cohort of experienced AI practitioners.
AI tools, regulation and business practice change quickly. Continuing professional development helps me keep my knowledge current and test my thinking with people applying AI across different sectors.
